PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method in which heat radiation performance of a side wall is improved by protruding heat-radiating protrusion parts at the surface of the side wall for improving heat radiation performance of the side wall which has much heat generation because of bending and stretching motion during running, and cooling fins are adequately arranged to reduce wind noise generated by high speed air, and a tire using this.SOLUTION: A cooling fin pitch deciding method includes a selection step in which the total number of cooling fins, the number of pitch types and sizes for each pitch are selected, a creation step in which an arbitrary pitch arrangement is created by generating random numbers and arranging each type of pitches in order, a calculation step in which the pitch arrangement is Fourier-processed to calculate the resultant value (FT), and a decision step in which the creation step and the calculation step are repeated plural times and the pitch arrangement in that the variation of the FT amplitude is smallest is decided. |
