PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage a support for a medical activity among medical workers.SOLUTION: The medical support management system includes a medical support management device. The medical support management device includes: a delegate data receiving part; a trustee candidate selection part; an enquiry data transmission part for transmitting data for enquiring whether or not a support for a medical activity is accepted on trust to a terminal of a candidate of the trustee selected by the trustee candidate selection part; an answer data receiving part for receiving data showing an answer to an enquiry for enquiring whether or not the support for the medical activity is accepted on trust from a terminal of a candidate of the trustee to which the enquiry data transmission part transmits the data; a trustee determination part for determining the medical worker performing the answer as a trustee for accepting on trust the support for the medical activity when the answer data receiving part receives data showing the answer of the effect that the support for the medical activity is accepted on trust; and a notification data transmission part for transmitting data for performing notification of the effect to at least the terminal of the trustee when the trustee determination part determines the trustee.
