PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active matrix type EL display device capable of performing clear multi-gradation color display by reducing displacement in potential caused due to potential drop by wire resistance of a power supply line for reducing the unevenness in a display region.SOLUTION: A plurality of ports for extracting power supply lines are provided. The potential drop due to wire resistance between an external input terminal and a pixel portion power supply line is compensated by supplying a potential to the power supply line using a feedback amplifier. In addition to the above structure, the power supply lines are arranged in matrix. |
