摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery packaging material capable of maintaining a state, in which a battery element is hermetically sealed, by a sealant layer while at least a part between a metal layer and an outer surface (innermost layer side surface) of the sealant layer may delaminate till a battery is heated to reach a certain temperature defined according to heat resistance required for various batteries, and further, when reaching to the temperature, causing a fine cleavage such as pinholes at the peeled part in the sealant layer promptly (at least within 30 minutes), thereby capable of being opened mildly, so that excessive expansion of the battery packaging material and runaway of a battery reaction can be suppressed.SOLUTION: A battery packaging material comprises a laminate including at least a base material layer, a metal layer and a sealant layer in the order. The sealant layer has a first sealant layer including acid-modified polyolefin and a second sealant layer, in order. In the sealant layer, the first sealant layer is disposed to be located on a metal layer side, and the second sealant layer is disposed to be located in the innermost layer. The first sealant layer has a melting point Tof 100-160°C and a softening point Tof 60-150°C.</p>
