PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuclear medicine diagnosis apparatus capable of generating a fusion image by simple and highly accurate alignment.SOLUTION: A nuclear medicine diagnosis apparatus according to an embodiment includes: a projector projecting linear light onto an object; means for acquiring light projection information on the projector adjusted so that an anatomical reference plane of the object matches a projection plane and positional information on a top plate; reconstruction means generating a three-dimensional nuclear medicine image by reconstructing projection data while associating the anatomical reference plane with the three-dimensional medicine image using the light projection information on the projector and the positional information on the top plate; means to which the other three-dimensional image is input; means for setting an anatomical reference plane to the other input three-dimensional image; alignment means aligning the anatomical reference plane in the three-dimensional nuclear medicine image with the anatomical reference plane set to the input other three-dimensional image; and fusion means for fusing the aligned images.
