<p>The present invention relates to an eccentric gear of a speed reducer, and more specifically, to a vibration preventing method for an eccentric gear which can prevent vibration from being generated by an eccentric mass during rotation. The vibration preventing method for an eccentric gear makes the mass center and the rotation center of the eccentric gear agree with each other by forming a mass adjusting section of a hole or recess shape in the eccentric gear or by varying the thickness of the eccentric gear. According to the vibration preventing method for an eccentric gear, an eccentric gear itself does not vibrate so that a speed reducer can be constituted only by one eccentric gear. Moreover, unlike other existing speed reducers, it is not necessary to add an additional eccentric gear or balance weight to balance rotation mass and therefore, a simple mechanism can be achieved.</p> |
