<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate image data that can output an image with good dispersibility.SOLUTION: An image processing device for recording and scanning the same region on a recording medium N times (N is an integer of two or more) comprises: setting means for dividing a pixel value of a pixel configuring image data for each pixel to set scanning data corresponding each scanning of the recording; and half-tone processing means for converting the scanning data into half-tone image data by a dither method using a dot distribution type threshold matrix, to each of the scanning data. For a dot pattern obtained by accumulating the half-tone image data corresponding to p-th scanning and the half-tone image data corresponding to q-th scanning, in a region on the recording medium, a part of dots of the dot pattern obtained by accumulation are overlapped, and both the dot pattern by the overlapped dots and the dot pattern obtained by accumulation have blue noise characteristics.</p> |
