<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a systematically generated input offset voltage without narrowing an input voltage range by means of only bipolar transistors.SOLUTION: A base current compensation circuit comprising a diode D1A, transistors Q6, Q7A, Q8A, Q9A, Q10A, Q11A and a current source CS2 is provided for a differential amplifier comprising a current source CS1 and transistors Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 to whereby compensate base currents of the active load transistors Q3, Q4 of the differential amplifier.</p> |
