At the time, it is probable that there is a case where detection light L4 reflected by an object Sb other than the target object Ob is made incident to the first light-receiving part 31, however A position detection part 50 detects the position of the target object Ob based on a difference between light-receiving intensity in the first light-receiving part 31 and light-receiving intensity in the second light-receiving part 32 because the optical position detection device 10 includes: a light source part 81 for compensation that emits compensation light L5 which is not made incident to a detection target space 10R; and a second light-receiving part 32 that receives the compensation light L5 without receiving the detection light L2, L3 and L4.</p> |
