<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method allowing a user to build up the muscle without taking exercise by oneself, a blood-flow restricting electrostimulation system used when performing the method, and control method thereof, and a medical apparatus including the blood-flow restricting electrostimulation system.SOLUTION: A blood-flow restricting electrostimulation system 1 includes: a belt that is wound around at least one of the four limbs of the user for applying pressure; an electrostimulation generator 300 for generating an electrostimulation signal; electrode pads 200 that are placed on specific sites of the user and receive the supply of the electrostimulation signal generated by the electrostimulation generator 300; and a control device 400 that controls the pressure applied by the belt to control the blood flow of the muscle of the user, and controls the electrostimulation signal generated by the electrostimulation generator 300 to electrically stimulate the muscle of the user.</p> |
