1. A photosensitive resin composition, comprising:
(A) a binder resin represented by the following Chemical Formula 1; (B) a reactive unsaturated compound; (C) an initiator; (D) a pigment; and (E) a solvent: wherein, in the above Chemical Formula 1, A1 to A3 are the same or different and are each independently hydrogen, represented by the following Chemical Formula 2-1, or represented by the following Chemical Formula 2-2, with the proviso that at least one of A1 to A3 is represented by the following Chemical Formula 2-1, and each Z1 is the same or different and each is independently a single bond, O, CO, SO2, CR′R″, SiR′″R″″ (wherein R′ to R″″ are the same or different and are each independently hydrogen or substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 alkyl), or one of linking groups represented by the following Chemical Formulae 1-1 to 1-11, wherein, in the above Chemical Formula 1-5, Ra is hydrogen, ethyl, C2H4Cl, C2H4OH, CH2CH═CH2, or phenyl, each X1 is the same or different and each is independently an acid dianhydride residual group, R1 to R6 are the same or different and are each independently hydrogen, halogen, substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C30 alkyl or substituted or unsubstituted (meth)acrylate, m1 and m2 are the same or different and are each independently integers of 0 to 4, m3 is an integer of 1 to 20, and p1 and p2 are the same or different and are each independently integers of 1 to 10, wherein, in the above Chemical Formulae 2-1 and 2-2, R7 to R9 are the same or different and are each independently hydrogen, a hydroxy group, a carboxyl group, substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C30 alkyl or substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C30 aryl, R10 is substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C30 alkyl or substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C30 aryl, L1 to L3 are the same or different and are each independently a single bond, a carbonyl group (—C(═O)—), substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C30 alkylene, or substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C30 arylene, Y1 is a divalent or trivalent C1 to C30 aliphatic organic group, a divalent or trivalent C3 to C30 alicyclic organic group, a divalent or trivalent C6 to C30 aromatic organic group, or a combination thereof, and n1 is an integer of 0 or 1. |
