during an audio-only call with a particular recipient endpoint device associated with a user identifier currently active at a plurality of endpoint devices, receiving a request to escalate the audio-only call to a video call; and responsive to the request, sending an invitation to escalate the audio-only call to a video call to the particular recipient endpoint device only. |
