<p>A method and apparatus for transmitting and receiving persistent scheduling change information are disclosed. A machine-to-machine (M2M) device for receiving persistent scheduling change information in a wireless communication system includes a receiver for receiving, from a BS, a message comprising allocation period information including a persistent allocation period, wherein the message further comprises changed resource allocation information, when the allocation period information indicates temporal change or one time reallocation of uplink persistent allocation for the M2M device.</p> |
