PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive monitoring control system.SOLUTION: A Web terminal 1 has a browser 20 and an application execution unit 21. The browser 20 obtains an application 11 from a Web server device 2 and stores it in the application execution unit 21. A monitoring data acquisition unit 112 and engineering data acquisition unit 113 of the application 11 which is stored in the application execution unit 21 obtain monitoring data and engineering data from a database 205 of the Web server device 2 via a communication unit 111 and a network 28. A processing unit 110 performs monitoring control of a plant on the basis of the monitoring data and creates maintenance support information of the plant on the basis of the engineering data. |
