摘要 A photonic crystal waveguide TM-polarization splitter, comprising a photonic crystal waveguide with a completely forbidden band; after the input end (1) of the photonic crystal waveguide inputs an incident wave in any polarization direction into the polarization splitter, a TM wave is outputted from the output end (2) of the polarization splitter, and a TE wave is reflected back from the input end (1) of the polarization splitter. The TM-polarization splitter has a small size, high polarization, and high light transmission efficiency, facilitates integration and has high efficiency, is suitable for large scale optical path integration, and achieves the functions of polarizing and beam splitting for different wavelengths.
