Provided is a wearable device, comprising: a parameter acquisition module, used to acquire a real-time status parameter of the wearable device; a scenario determining module, used to determine, according to the real-time status parameter, a scenario in which the wearable device is currently located; a body capacitive coupling transmission module, used to send data to other electronic devices and/or receive data from other electronic devices when the wearable device is in a preset data interaction scenario. Further provided is a data transmission method. With the technical solutions of the present invention, by scenario detection, the wearable device can perform data transmission and interaction with other electronic devices by means of the body capacitive coupling technology, so that the characteristics of the wearable device are fully utilized, and the data transmission process gets more intelligent and humanized. |
