PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact torque transmission device capable of keeping engagement of a coupling which receives torque of a rotational driving source, with a rotation shaft.SOLUTION: A torque transmission device 80 incudes a rotation shaft 24 having an outer peripheral face from which an end portion of a parallel pin 26 is projected, and a coupling 50 which is rotatably disposed on the rotation shaft, and in which a thrust groove 52 and a radial groove 53 engaged with the end portion of the parallel pin, are continuously formed. The thrust groove 52 is formed in parallel with a shaft center of the coupling from one end to an intermediate part of the coupling, and the radial groove 53 is formed continuously from a terminal end portion 52b of the thrust groove in the direction opposite to the rotating direction of the rotation shaft. As the end portion of the parallel pin is engaged with the radial groove, the device can be miniaturized, and as the engagement of the end portion of the parallel pin and the radial groove is kept even when axial force is applied to one of the coupling and the rotation shaft, transmission of the torque between the coupling and the rotation shaft can be kept. |
