<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burying method of a horizontal drain material used mainly as a liquefaction prevention measures and a burying apparatus of the horizontal drain material capable of burying the horizontal drain material in a horizontal direction without cutting to open the ground.SOLUTION: The burying method of a horizontal drain material includes the steps of: burying a tubular casing 10 oriented in a horizontal direction between pits 1 and 2; feeding a drain material 14 which has a water permeability into the casing 10; bringing water stop member 40 into close contact with the inner surface of the casing 10 in a sliding manner in a tube axial direction to water-seal one opening of the casing 10; bringing one end of a water stop member support 41, the other end of which is fixed to a reaction receiving structure disposed in the pit 1, into contact with the rear end of the water stop member 40; moving the casing 10 toward the pit 1 relatively with respect to the water stop member 40 supported by the reaction receiving structure via the water stop member support 41; and pulling out the casing 10 from the ground; to thereby bury the drain material 14 in the ground.</p> |
