<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet which can be stuck to a frame member so as to be hardly peeled off therefrom without increasing adhesive strength of an adhesive material, and to provide a method for sticking the adhesive sheet.SOLUTION: An outer part 20 is stuck on one surface RF2 of a ring frame RF, and a part 50 to be stuck on the other surface, which is partitioned from its peripheral part 31 by a partition part 40 formed in an inner part 30, is stuck on the other surface RF3, whereby an adhesive sheet 10 is stuck on the two surfaces so as to sandwich the ring frame RF, so that it can be stuck to the ring frame RF so as to be hardly peeled off therefrom without increasing adhesive strength of an adhesive agent.</p> |
