PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for improving the efficiency of teaching work adjusting a descent position of a sampling needle when injecting a sample into an injection port.SOLUTION: An auto-sampler comprises: positioning execution means for allowing an operator to specify a stop position of a sampling needle 39 in teaching and performing positioning execution operation of moving the sampling needle to the specified position to descend it to a height of the injection port; evaluation means allowing the operator to input evaluation results of a deviation amount of a sampling positioning execution point from the injection port position after positioning execution operation; and teaching information display means for displaying information on the positioning execution point and evaluation of the positioning execution point, by making them correspond to each other.
