<p>A continuously externally heated reduction gas furnace for direct-reduced iron, comprising a furnace body, a pre-heating chamber, a feed inlet channel, an externally heated reduction gas device for direct-reduced iron, a post-reduction tail gas discharge outlet, a spiral feed discharger, and a sealed product chamber; the pre-heating chamber is provided at the top of the furnace body; the lower end of the post-reduction tail gas discharge channel and the lower end of the feed inlet channel are in communication with the top of the reduction chamber; the upper end of the post-reduction tail gas discharge channel is in communication with a high-temperature gas inlet channel of the pre-heating chamber; the upper end of the feed inlet channel is connected to a feed-loading valve at the bottom of a feed-unloading chamber of the pre-heating chamber; the spiral feed discharger is disposed at the bottom of the feed cooling chamber; the sealed product chamber is connected above to the spiral feed discharger.</p> |
