A user terminal apparatus includes an inputter configured to receive a request for an access to a second user terminal apparatus; a communicator configured to receive service information including at least one communication service provided in the second user terminal apparatus; a displayer configured to display the service information; and a controller configured to, when at least one of the service information is selected, access the second user terminal apparatus through a communication service corresponding to the selected service information.
