PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve appropriate connection with a simple processing process.SOLUTION: A call control device includes: a storage unit 11 for storing correspondence data for allowing an external number given to a terminal and the number of a base to which the terminal belongs to be associated with an analysis method for analyzing the extension number of the terminal including the base number and a terminal number; reception means 101 for receiving a signal including the external number of an origination source terminal transmitted from the origination source terminal and the extension number of an incoming destination terminal to which the origination source terminal desires to make a call; analysis means 102 for extracting the analysis method associated with the external number of the origination source terminal from the correspondence data and analyzing the extension number of the incoming destination terminal through the use of the extracted analysis method; and identification means 104 for extracting the external number associated with the base number included in the extension number of the incoming destination terminal analyzed by the analysis means from the correspondence data and identifying the external number as the external number of the incoming destination terminal.
