<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for processing waste matter and its facility in which a reduction of carbon dioxide (CO) generated during an incineration processing, combustion restricting resynthesis of dioxin or the like, neutralization treatment for acid gas, removal of floating particle-like substance, mixing and modification of waste fluid of two or more types of fluid and separation processing of heavy metal and the like in an efficient and less-expensive manner.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a method for processing waste matter at two-stage swirl fluidized bed type incinerator and its facility comprising the first stage swirl fluidized bed chamber, the second stage gas swirl flow chamber, a gas combustion chamber, a gas cooling chamber provided with ultrasonic vibration water generating device at exhaust gas cooling chamber, two-stage swirl fluidized bed type incinerator having an exhaust gas chamber and an exhaust pipe, a wet type ultrasonic dust collector device arranged under a fluid communication state between the exhaust gas cooling chamber and the exhaust gas chamber, and a heat exchanger in which heat energy heat-exchanged by the heat exchanger is utilized at the incinerator, an ultrasonic mixing and modifying device for preventing changing in substance of liquid incineration item of two or more types of fluid and separation and processing device for heavy metal and the like generated through combustion.</p> |
