<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact semiconductor device capable of adjusting timing between a strobe signal and a data signal without interrupting normal memory access.SOLUTION: A data terminal 61 is connected to a memory device 130. A data output buffer 21 is connected to the data terminal 61 and writes data to the memory device 130 through a first signal path. A data input buffer 22 is connected to the data terminal 61 and reads the data from the memory device 130 through a second signal path, and is connected to the data output buffer 21 through a first loopback path. In writing data to the memory device 130, the data output buffer 21 and data input buffer 22 are validated.</p> |
