PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress power consumption related to transmission and reception of sensor nodes in a wireless sensor network.SOLUTION: Distances from respective sensor nodes on a tree to an adjacent sensor node not connected with the tree are compared with each other. An adjacent sensor node having the shortest distance from all sensor nodes on the tree is set to a new tree node and connected directly under the sensor node on the tree adjacent to the new tree node, or alternatively, probability of being connected with the sensor node on the tree adjacent to the new tree node is enhanced. In addition, among the sensor nodes on the tree that are to be connected with the new tree node, a sensor node having a small number of directly-under sensor nodes is preferentially connected with the new tree node. |
