PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immobilize an antibody on a measuring region in the state where a recognition site of the antibody is oriented to the measurement sample side to suppress nonspecific adsorption.SOLUTION: A fixed-bed 103 is constituted of a block copolymer constituted of at least a first block chain and a second block chain having each different surface free energy mutually, and includes a plurality of hydrophobic first pattern regions 104 comprising the phase of the first block chain and a plurality of hydrophilic second regions 105 comprising the phase of the second block chain by being subjected to microscopic phase separation, and further includes an antibody 106 immobilized on the first pattern regions 104, and interacting specifically with a protein which is a detection object. |
