PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a high-efficient room layout capable of improving the ratio of habitable rooms, form a wide and open space and improve air flow and ventilation.SOLUTION: The room layout structure of a dwelling unit 1 in a plate-like collective housing includes: a shared habitable room 20; a kitchen 30; and a living room 40 which are directly aligned continuously in this order along a party wall 5 from an entrance 10 facing a common corridor 2 to a balcony 3. The entrance 10, the shared habitable room 20, the kitchen 30 and the living room 40 are disposed almost linearly between the common corridor 2 and the balcony 3 to form a space and movement lines communicating the entrance 10, the shared habitable room 20, the kitchen 30 and the living room 40. The shared habitable room 20 communicates with one or two habitable rooms 50 in a frontage direction of the dwelling unit. The kitchen 30 communicates with a lavatory 60 and a bath room 70 in the frontage direction of the dwelling unit. The living room 40 communicates with one or two habitable rooms 80, 82 in the frontage direction of the dwelling unit. |
