<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal oscillator low in cost, having favorable aging characteristics, and also capable of being reduced in size.SOLUTION: A crystal oscillator including a crystal vibrator X having one end connected to a transistor Tr includes a capacitor C10 for adjusting aging characteristics, in which electrostatic capacity thereof is deteriorated due to changes with time, at the other end of the crystal vibrator X. The capacitor C10 for adjusting aging characteristics is adjusted so as to cancel the aging characteristics of the crystal vibrator X, in which an oscillation frequency thereof changes due to changes with time. The adjusting capacitor C10 is a varicap diode.</p> |
