<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video interphone apparatus capable of automatically issuing a request for re-delivery of a home delivery article which is once delivered during absence of a resident but is carried back.SOLUTION: The video interphone apparatus includes: an absence determination section 11e that determines stay or absence of a resident; an absence information detection section 11b that detects a piece of absence information relevant to a home delivery article 4 from a video taken by an entrance camera 13 during absence of the resident; and a re-delivery request signal transmission section 11c that automatically transmits a re-delivery request signal for the home delivery article 4 to a server 32 on the Internet when the resident comes home.</p> |
