<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector terminal and an electric connector capable of preventing conduction failure due to foreign matters, and suitable for high-speed transmission.SOLUTION: A socket terminal 4 is provided with a front terminal 5 having a front contact part 5c for wiping foreign matters adhered to a terminal face 2a1 of a plug terminal 2a, and a rear terminal 6 having a rear contact part 6c contacting the terminal face 2a1 of the plug terminal 2a wiped by the front contact part 5c. Furthermore, a movable part 4b for offsetting deterioration of an impedance of at least the front terminal 5 and the rear terminal 6 in transmission signals flowing from a substrate connection part 4a connected to a circuit board G1 is provided between the substrate connection part 4a and the circuit board G1. Thus, the rear contact part 6c is brought into contact with the terminal face 2a1 of the plug terminal 2a from which the foreign matters are wiped. Also, the socket terminal 4 capable of solving impedance mismatch in a transmission path in the terminal, and an electric connector C with the same can be realized.</p> |
