The present invention relates to a laparoscopic instrument having a body (1) in the form of a handle, further a long tube (2) being fixedly coupled with the body (1) and needles (4). A short tube (3), accommodating inside the needles (4) in sliding manner, is fastened in movable manner attached to the end of the long tube (2). A mechanical drive for setting angular position of the short tube (3) relative to the long tube (2) is assigned to the short tube (3) that is fastened to the long tube (2) by means of a pivoting journal (5). The mechanical drive is provided with a control element in the form of a first adjusting wheel (6), which is mounted on the body (1) in the handle area. A worm gear transmission (11), being connected via a short pull rod (12) and a long pull rod (13) passing through the long tube (2), to the short tube (13) at a point lying between the pivoting journal (5) axis and the short tube (3) internal surface, is assigned to the first adjusting wheel (6). For extending and retracting needles (4), the instrument is provided with a second adjusting wheel (7) mounted on the body (1) upper portion. An angle gear-type transmission (14) is assigned inside the body (1) to the second adjusting wheel (7). Said angle gear-type transmission (14) is connected by means of a disk-type flexible coupling and via a rotary pull rod (15), passing through the long tube (2), with a bolt (17). The bolt (17) is rotatably mounted within the short tube (3), and a sliding nut (18) with needles (4) attached thereto, is assigned to the bolt (17). |
