In an X-ray diffraction pattern, a ratio I(020)/I(200) of the X-ray intensity I(020) of a (020) plane around a diffraction angle 2theta of 29° to the X-ray intensity 1(200) of a (200) plane around a diffraction angle 2theta of 17° is 3.00 to 5.00, and a specific surface area is 15 m2/g to 50 m2/g.
