摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous casting method and a continuous casting device capable of efficiently floating and separating an oxide-based non-metallic inclusion in molten steel in tundish. <P>SOLUTION: A relative position between an injection nozzle of a ladle and tundish, and a molten steel amount in the tundish are controlled so that a set position of the injection nozzle for injecting molten steel from the ladle in the tundish, and molten steel depth at the set position satisfy expression (1), and preferably further expression (2). 2×H<L1+L2+L3<4×H (1), 2×H<L4<4×H (2), wherein L1 is a distance from a sidewall surface located on the side opposite to a molten steel outflow nozzle when viewed from an injection point of the molten steel on the bottom face of the tundish for continuous casting to a position located immediately below the injection point of the molten steel; L2 is a length immersed in the molten steel of the sidewall located on the side opposite to the molten steel outflow nozzle when viewed from the injection point of the molten steel; L3 is a distance from the center line of the injection nozzle of the molten steel on the molten steel surface of the molten steel to the sidewall surface; L4 is a horizontal distance between the injection point of the molten steel and the outflow point of the molten steel; and H is the molten steel depth at the position of the center line of the injection nozzle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p>
