摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic modulation light measurement device able to exactly specify the position where there is a substance that absorbs light, such as blood, in a living tissue by using a normal semiconductor laser, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The ultrasonic modulation light measurement device 1 comprises: a plurality of ultrasonic emitting means 2a and 2b for emitting ultrasonics Swa and Swb so that they cross at the position Pz at a predetermined depth z from a biological body surface Bs in a suspected area Ba of a living tissue B; a laser beam emitting means 3 for emitting a laser beam Lb to the suspected area Ba; and a detection means 4 for detecting a speckle pattern obtained, for example, by the reflection of the laser beam at the position Pz. The ultrasonic Swa and Swb emitted from the ultrasonic emitting means 2a and 2b have different frequencies fa and fb.
