<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a simple and inexpensive recuperator protecting method capable of preventing damage of a recuperator due to heat as much as possible by reducing effects of radiant heat from a radiant tube on the recuperator. <P>SOLUTION: In a radiant tube type heating device 1, the recuperator 5 is inserted to the radiant tube 3 to a position preventing a tip 5a of the recuperator 5 from projecting from a face 2a on a furnace interior side of a furnace wall 2 within the radiant tube 3. Refractory member 13 each including a shielding part 14 shielding the radiant heat from the radiant tube 3 and a flowing part 15 making exhaust gas from a burner 4 flow are arranged on the furnace interior side relative to the tip 5a of the recuperator 5 within the radiant tube 3 so as to be close to the tip 5a of the recuperator 5 to a degree preventing contact with the tip 5a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
