<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take proper measures against heat transmitted from a switching element to an external circuit element through a bus bar. <P>SOLUTION: The bus bars 14P, 14N have a high-voltage bus bar 14P and a low-voltage bus bar 14N, respectively. At least either one of the high-voltage bus bar 14P and the low-voltage bus bar 14N includes reciprocating structure sections 34P, 34N reciprocating through an outside portion and an inside portion.
