<p>The invention relates to a liquid crystal aligning agent, a liquid crystal aligning film and a liquid crystal display elememt. The liquid crystal aligning film which is easy to be peeled off and capable of suppressing the display quality reduction generated by the electrical property deterioration even in a long term continuous operation, the liquid crystal aligning agent as a material adaptive to formation of the liquid crystal aligning film and the liquid crystal display elememt having the liquid crystal aligning film are provided.
