<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire delivering device and a wire delivering method that automatically correct a twist when a wire is delivered. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided: the wire delivering device which includes a first pedestal supporting a spool for wire rotatably and a second pedestal such that the first pedestal has an annular guide part at an outer circumferential part and the second pedestal has support means, the support means supporting the first pedestal rotatably in a circumferential direction of the annular guide part, the center of gravity of the first pedestal being on a center axis of the annular guide part, the center of gravity of the spool being on the center axis of the annular guide part when the first pedestal supports the spool; and the wire delivering method including a spool support step of allowing the first pedestal of the wire delivering device to support the spool wound with the wire rotatably, and a wire delivering step of paying the wire off from the spool while rotating the first pedestal with restoring force of the twisted wire. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
