1352402 Gas valve assembly JUNKERS & CO GmbH 2 July 1971 [4 July 1970] 31016/71 Heading F4T A gas valve assembly for a gas burning appliance having a main burner 10 and a pilot burner 11 with an automatic igniter 12 comprises a gas control fitting 17 having an inlet 172, an outlet 173 to the main burner 10 controlled by a valve 16 actuated by an electric motor 161, and an outlet 174 to the pilot burner 11 controlled by a valve 153 operated by a solenoid 15, the pilot and main gas valves being enclosed in a closed housing 171, the solenoid 15 and motor 161 being mounted on top of the housing 171 and enclosed by a cap 19, and an electrical control device 14 energizable by a remotely situated main switch and connected by cables 151, 162 to the solenoid and motor being enclosed in a housing which is secured back to back with the housing 171. A gas pressure regulator 18 is provided within the housing 171 and comprises a diaphragm 181 and disc 182 carrying a pin 182 with a closure member 184 and an adjusting mechanism 186, 187. |
