<p>The invention is a casing (2) for an electric motor (1), comprising: a tubular body (5) that defines a longitudinal axis (X); a plurality of cooling fins (6, 7) projecting from the tubular body (5) by corresponding heights, wherein each fin mainly develops according to the direction corresponding to the longitudinal axis (X) and said fins mutually face each other and are arranged in sequence one after the other according to a direction (Y) that is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (X).
