<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection circuit that can determine and detect power source leakage, earth leakage, and disconnection, with a simpler circuit configuration. <P>SOLUTION: The detection circuit includes: a comparison section 12 that outputs comparison results obtained by comparing voltages respectively input to first and second input terminals; a comparison voltage generation section 20 that generates a comparison voltage smaller than a power source voltage VB of a power source 2 and larger than a reference voltage GND of a reference voltage section 3 and inputs the generated voltage to the second input terminal; a detection voltage input section Tr1 for inputting a voltage between the power source 2 and the reference voltage section 3 to the second input terminal as a detection voltage; a threshold voltage generation section 30 that generates one of different threshold voltages Vth1 and Vth2 set according to the voltage input to the second input terminal, and inputs the generated voltage to the first input terminal; and a determination section 40 that determines occurrence of power source leakage, earth leakage, and disconnection between the power source 2 and the reference voltage section 3 according to the comparison results of the comparison section 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
