<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication management device capable of shortening a period of continuation of a state in which illegitimate communication is performed as communication using a reserved communication band. <P>SOLUTION: A communication management device 1000 includes: a communication record information acquisition part 1001 for acquiring communication record information representing communication performed via a communication network and including reserved-band presence/absence information representing the fact of a reserved communication band being used, in the communication record information including transmission destination device identification information, and a user identifier; an illegitimate communication determination part 1002 for determining whether communication represented by the communication record information has been illegitimate communication on the basis of the user identifier included in the acquired communication record information and pre-stored authentication criterion information; and a communication inhibition part 1003 for inhibiting communication for which a communication device identified by the transmission destination device identification information included in the communication record information is designated as a transmission destination if the communication represented by the communication record information is determined to be illegitimate communication. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
