<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner that facilitates removing deposition of dust on an air passage on the downstream side of a cross-flow fan, without requiring a complex configuration or a complicated working. <P>SOLUTION: The air conditioner 1 includes a heat exchanger 3 and the cross-flow fan 4 on an air passage connecting an air inlet 2 to an air outlet 5. On the air passage on the downstream side of the cross-flow fan 4, protective films (laminated films) 14 peelably laminated while each layer having a pinching part consisting of a tongue piece 15 are stuck.
