摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a tack welding spot point from the standpoint to improve the precision of a car body. <P>SOLUTION: Main body process includes: a tack welding stage to decide the precision of car body by welding tack welding spot points at the beginning; and a supplementary spot point-welding stage to apply remaining supplementary spot points and to increase rigidity of car body. Setting up the tack welding spot points comprises the steps of: calculating the number of spot points available for the tack welding spot points which each welding robot can weld (S4); distributing spot points as candidate tack welding spot points to each welding robot (S5); successively, calculating stress acting on each candidate spot point (S7); assigning the minimum stress spot point as a supplementary spot point Pc (S9); and removing the minimum stress spot point from the candidate tack welding spot point group (S10). Steps S7 to S10 are repeated until the number of candidate spot points becomes no more than the number of spot points available for the tack welding spot points. Thus, spot points with small stress are removed from candidates of tack welding spot points and assigned to the supplementary spot points.
