<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer device capable of improving productivity by reducing contact failure between a wiring pattern of an element mounting member and the transfer device. <P>SOLUTION: The transfer device includes: a metal plate section provided in a flat state, including a first through hole section for accommodating the element mounting member; a holding section provided in the first through hole section which abuts on two corners of the element mounting member and holds it; a spring section connected to the holding section, which presses the holding section in a closer direction to a center of the first through hole; and a hole section for holding release, by which the holding section is moved in a separating direction of the holding section from the center of the first through hole. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
