<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buckling prevention device of a rail, which is capable of saving labor of installation work comparatively and is more effective than a conventional structure by making the boring of track bed ballast easy. <P>SOLUTION: To a buckling prevention metal fitting body 1 attached to a rail R so as to clamp the bottom part Rc of the rail R, the upper end part of a buckling prevention plate 2, whose lower end is driven into ballast b and which is provided with a plate surface along the alignment direction of sleepers m for receiving and supporting the rail R, is fixed.
