<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting residential environment fungus which capable of identifying a fungus based on the genus or species level and analyzing a microbial colony. <P>SOLUTION: The method for detecting residential environment fungus, includes amplifying the DNA region partially encoding a part of 5.8S rRNA, and a part of ITS-2 and 28S rRNA by a PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) method, cleaving the obtained PCR products with a restriction enzyme, and analyzing the results by a T-RFLP (Terminal Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism) method for analyzing polymorphism of the obtained restriction enzyme fragment length to detect the residential environment fungus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
