<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably manufacture an outer wall of a cooler chamber having a refrigerant tube penetration part without using a complicated jig. <P>SOLUTION: A machine chamber 20 equipped with a refrigeration device 22 is disposed outside the cooler chamber 30 receiving a cooler 31, and the refrigeration device 22 and the cooler 31 are circulated and connected by the refrigerant tubes 38i, 38o penetrating the outer wall 30A of the cooler chamber 30. The outer wall 30A of the cooler chamber 30 is formed by disposing an exterior member 12 formed of a metallic plate and an interior member 40 formed of a synthetic resin in opposition to each other at an interval, an interior side insertion tube 50 to which the refrigerant tubes 38i, 38o can be inserted is formed integrally with the interior member 40 in a state of directing outward, an exterior-side insertion tube 100 formed of a synthetic resin to which the refrigerant tubes 38i, 38o can be inserted is disposed on the exterior member 12 in a state of directing inward, and a heat insulating material 14 formed of resin foam is foamed and charged between the interior member 40 and the exterior member 12 in a state of tightly fitting and connecting projecting ends of both insertion tubes 50, 100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
