摘要 Provided is an illumination apparatus that simplifies the adjustment of the angle of the direction of illumination while maintaining the dimensions of radiation fins. One side of the radiation fins (33) relative to the rotational axis (25) thereof is on the inside of a virtual sphere (26) which has the longitudinal centre of the rotational axis (25) as the centre, and which has a radius smaller than the gap between the centre and the frame (20). Therefore, even when the light fitting (30) is rotated, the radiation fins (33) do not touch the frame (20). The lower portion of the other side of the radiation fins (33) relative to the rotational axis (25) thereof is disposed on the inside of the frame (20) and the upper portion overhangs the outside of the frame (20). Therefore, the radiation fins (33) maintain the necessary surface area without making contact with the frame (20). Furthermore, because the radiation fins (33) which overhang outside the frame (20) are contained inside the frame (20) when the light fitting (30) is tilted at a predetermined angle (?), the radiation fins (33) do not cause a hindrance when installing the illumination apparatus (10), or when turning the light fitting (30). Hence, the angle of the direction of illumination is easily adjustable while maintaining the dimensions of the radiation fins (33).
